Healthcare Practice Business Development

The Healthcare Practice Business Development position focuses on business development and relationship building with medical and dental practices in the eastern part of North Carolina. Having a strong ability to read people and situations effectively through an enthusiastic and influential communication style will help you succeed in this role. The Healthcare Practice Business Developer will thrive in our fast paced and fun environment that offers freedom and independence to reach your goals.

Director of Claims

The Director of Claims is responsible for managing the efforts and deliverables of carrier claims adjusters and completing a wide range of insurance claims analysis. If you are a calm, dependable, and methodical team member who is efficient at handling a multitude of priorities with a strong insurance knowledge base –this role is for you. The Director oversees and ensures all claims are properly adjusted and provides concierge services throughout the entire claims process.

Key characteristics of the Director of Claims include:

  • Strong knowledge of all lines of insurance coverages and claims adjudication processes.
  • An efficient and thorough communicator who excels at building rapport in difficult situations.
  • Detail driven individual with high organizational skills who excels at analyzing and recording claims information.
  • Ability to interact with claimants, carriers, Client Executives and Account managers to ensure exemplary relationships and claims settlements.

Account Manager

Account Managers aide Client Executives and our valued clients in servicing of commercial accounts including marketing and insurance program design, technical knowledge, expertise, support, and daily service needs. If you are a proactive individual driven to be accurate who thrives in detail and excels in insurance knowledge–this role is for you.

Key characteristics of an Account Manager include:
