Curtis, a results-driven leader, utilizes a solution-based approach to business development, ensuring the best mix of products and services important to our clients’ success.

As Client Executive, Curtis brings a holistic approach to implementing Group Ancillary and Worksite Voluntary benefit solutions to complement and fill the gaps in employer core benefit programs. Curtis also oversees our High-Income Protection Program for Disability and Life, safeguarding the financial well-being of physicians, dentists, and other high-net-worth individuals.

He also addresses the importance of incorporating effective benefits communication and enrollment strategies to streamline the efficiency of the open enrollment process for employers.

Recruited as a high school quarterback from Georgia, Curtis focused on Marketing and Human Resource Management as a student-athlete at Liberty University. He gained extensive sales and account management experience before embarking on a 20+ year tenure at Colonial Life, serving various roles including District Development Manager.

Curtis and his wife Elizabeth enjoy spending time with their three children, supporting their local church, vacationing at the beach, and cheering on Liberty University athletics. He has also enjoyed volunteering and coaching in local youth sports programs for over 12 years.
