Debbie Rongo, CISR

Debbie brings more than 30 years of Commercial Lines account management experience to the Sentinel team. Based in our Charlotte office, Debbie enjoys the evolving nature of the industry and the constant need for continuing education.  

Debbie provides technical support to our Client Executives in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations in her role as Account Advisor. An organized and detail oriented professional, Debbie reviews audits of policies to verify accuracy and facilitate corrections as well as overseeing the annual service action plan for all divisions within the agency. She relishes the opportunity to meet and work with clients to provide excellent value and service. 

Originally from upstate New York, Debbie, and her husband John, relocated to the Charlotte area and enjoys camping outdoors with their grandchildren. Debbie loves to cook for her family, visit local wineries and breweries, and spend time at the beach and mountains.
