As a Senior Benefits Consultant, he implements effective benefit communication and enrollment strategies to streamline the efficiency of the open enrollment process for employers, resulting in significant savings in time and money. Curtis specializes in introducing Group and Voluntary benefit programs to compliment and fill the gaps in employer core benefit programs.
Recruited as a high school quarterback from Georgia, Curtis focused on marketing and human resource management as a student-athlete at Liberty University. He gained extensive sales and account management experience before embarking on a 20+ year tenure at Colonial Life, serving various roles including District Development Manager.
Curtis and his wife Elizabeth enjoy spending time with their three children, supporting their local church, and cheering on Liberty University athletics.
