Capital Associated Industries (CAI) has announced its business recovery briefing, held virtually on Friday, May 15, will be open to all North Carolina businesses at no charge. The half-day event, titled, The Three R’s of Recovery: Reopen, Recalibrate, Resilience, will feature a wealth of information to help businesses resume operations and mitigate pandemic-related economic fallout.
Sentinel’s workforce development partner, CAI, is hosting the event in conjunction with state government, health, business and industry leaders to deliver comprehensive information around key issue areas:
- Public health and phased reopening from a member of the Governor’s staff
- New expectations in work methods, management and communication
- Balancing employee empathy and emotional well-being with productivity
