In her role as a Workers’ Compensation Claims Liaison, Danielle plays a vital part in the Sentinel Risk Performance Group. She manages the efforts and deliverables of the carrier claims adjusters and conducts thorough insurance claims analysis. By leveraging her expertise and collaborative relationships with carrier claims adjusters, our internal team, and other external parties, Danielle ensures prompt and effective claims settlements.

Before joining Sentinel, Danielle held various positions in human resources and financial management. Her expertise in analyzing and documenting claims brings substantial benefit to both her clients and colleagues. Danielle is known for her remarkable talent in problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a reputation for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Danielle now resides in Charlotte with her two children. She enjoys traveling internationally, including trips to Puerto Rico and Cancun, but her favorite vacation spot is the serene beaches of Destin, Florida.
