During a recent large claim event I was very disappointed with the support I was getting from my insurance broker. I found myself pouring over pages and pages of my insurance policy to understand what was covered and how to organize the data to support my claim. I reached out to a friend at Sentinel for advice. I not only received the advice I needed but they gave me the support I needed through the claim process to ensure I maximized the coverage afforded to me in the policy. I wasn’t Sentinel’s customer at that time, but I am now.
