Kelly enjoys focusing on people-related initiatives to help improve overall organizational effectiveness and performance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Kelly is a strategic Human Resources executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience transforming people operations into powerful drivers of business performance. With a deep background across industries, including advertising, healthcare, government contracting, and retail, Kelly is known for her ability to align HR strategy with organizational goals to deliver measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, and operational ROI.

Kelly’s approach is grounded in partnership, integrity, and a commitment to practical excellence. She is a trusted advisor to executive teams, known for translating organizational vision into workforce strategy. Her specialties include talent acquisition, organizational design, DEI strategy, compliance, employee relations, and leadership development.
