As an Account Specialist on our Sentinel Benefits Consulting team, Jada helps support her clients by assisting with marketing, service, and administrative needs for employee benefit plans. Jada works closely with Account Advisors and Client Executives to help manage renewals, enrollments, and compliance inquiries.
Jada earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing her degree in just three and a half years. During her time at UNC Charlotte, she developed strong leadership skills through her involvement in Alpha Delta Pi, where she held executive roles, as well as her engagement with the university’s Panhellenic community.
