Christian serves as a Financial Consultant on our Employee Benefits Consulting team, where he uncovers the practical insights hidden within complex healthcare metrics. Partnering directly with clients alongside our Client Executives and Account Advisors, he organizes and assesses financial claims data to give employers an accurate, comprehensive understanding of how their benefits are performing. His background allows him to identify meaningful trends and recommend strategic adjustments that mitigate risk and contribute toward program growth, all while keeping the company’s priorities in focus.

Christian entered the employee benefits field in 2013, beginning with a strong foundation in client advocacy and employee education. This early focus on clear communication was later paired with deep operational expertise gained inside the insurance carrier space, as well as strategic brokerage roles with McGriff/Marsh MMA.

Originally from New Jersey, Christian has had the privilege to live and work in several different regions of the country throughout his professional journey. Ultimately, his career path provides a unique edge for our clients, because he understands exactly how the numbers on a spreadsheet impact the individuals being covered by the plans.
