Happy Anniversary to Sentinel's Prepaid Legal Services Plan
In 2020, Jacqueline C. Hawkins, then General Counsel at Sentinel, and Jim Holmes, Managing Partner at Sentinel, set out to fulfill a service gap to provide greater value to their client base.
It was clear there was a lack of resources at the intersection of commercial insurance and the requirement of sound contracts and internal company policies and procedures.
That is where the Prepaid Legal Services Plan came into effect.
Since the plan was approved by the North Carolina Bar in July 2021 it has grown and evolved. Executive Legal, a Raleigh area law firm, has provided quick and valuable legal insight, advice, guidance, and counsel to its growing membership base. This partnership has tackled minor day to day questions and been afforded the opportunity to make impactful changes to the overall operations of many of its members.
As the plan continues to grow, you will notice some small changes to the scope of services. This allows us to maintain our turnaround times, continue to provide quick response and focus on areas where we can make the most impact. All members, still have an opportunity to work with Executive Legal beyond what is included in the Prepaid Legal membership plan at a discounted rate.
We are grateful to our clients and members; and for the opportunity to serve you. We look forward to working with you for many years to come.
Any Sentinel client not yet a member of Prepaid Legal who would like to learn more about its offerings can contact their Sentinel Client Executive or Jacqueline C. Hawkins, Managing Partner at Executive Legal, at jhawkins@executive-legal.com.
