Hurricane Idalia - Updated Tuesday, August 29th

Tropical Storm Idalia has strengthened to a Hurricane early this morning (Tuesday, August 29th) and has potential to grow to at least a Category 3 Hurricane before making landfall over Florida’s Gulf Coast. Idalia is expected hit cities such as Tampa and Orlando before making its way to the Carolina coastline on Thursday.
