Becca Lail, MBA

Becca is a critical resource within our Sentinel Benefits Consulting team providing guidance as Technology Advisor. In this role, Becca oversees the Employee Navigation platform to help clients easily setup, manage, and enroll their employee benefits online. Becca gained a reputation for improving processes and implementing a new payroll system while serving as a leader on the AuthoraCare Collective Benefits team. 

Her passion for learning and focus on expanding employee’s benefits programs is evident through her work as a Certified Personal Trainer. In her spare time, she develops customized workout programs for her clients to reach their wellness goals and improve their health. 

Becca grew up in Chatham County where she enjoyed playing basketball and developed her love for healthcare. She met her husband, Charlie, while both attending East Carolina University. The couple live in the Burlington area with their two children and enjoy spending vacations in their camper at North Myrtle Beach.
