In her role as an Account Specialist on the Risk Management team, Courtney provides technical and marketing support to our Client Executives, Account Advisors, and existing clients. Courtney’s expertise and dedication not only help protect her clients’ assets but also build strong, trust-based partnerships.

She brings an acute attention to detail and strong ability to problem solve that was fostered during her early career as an educator. An ambitious learner, she thrives in the fast-paced environment of brokerage services to deliver an elevated experience for her clients.

Courtney, who grew up in Kernersville, now lives in Burlington with her family. She and her husband, Samuel, love exploring local breweries and taking trips to the historic Beaufort, NC.
