Devan Evans, AIC, AINS, AIC-M, AIM

Devan, as a Senior Claims Liaison, is an integral part of our Sentinel Risk Performance Group. She assists our commercial and private clients to obtain the optimal outcome on covered losses. Devan enjoys serving as client advocate, ensuring they understand the process and providing timely follow up with our carrier partners to adjudicate swiftly and fairly.    

Devan began her career in the industry as a Field Adjuster for the NC Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company. She then spent several years as a Field Claims Superintendent with Cincinnati Insurance Company prior to joining Sentinel. In this role, she resolved product or service concerns by clarifying and investigating the customer’s claim, determining the cause of the loss, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. 

Devan grew up on a tobacco farm in Stokesdale, NC where she was active in the 4-H club and showing horses. In her spare time, Devan enjoys reading and crocheting blankets, scarves, and more!
