With an extensive background spanning over 25 years, Doug has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the insurance landscape, allowing him to innovate and implement strategies that consistently exceeded expectations. Specializing in Personal Lines Insurance Accounts, Doug ensures outstanding customer satisfaction and high retention rates while also mentoring sales and service teams.

Born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, PA, Doug is a US Navy Veteran with three children and two grandchildren. Doug and his family enjoy spending time outdoors, including hiking and kayaking in the mountains of North Carolina. Doug is also a passionate advocate for community involvement and is actively involved in animal rescue causes and nonprofits.
