Heather Gray

Heather Gray serves as Vice President of Finance, overseeing the organization’s financial strategy, planning, and performance. She partners closely with the executive team to support strategic decision-making, drive sustainable growth, and ensure financial integrity across the enterprise.

Based in the Raleigh office, Heather works closely with the finance team to maintain strong internal controls, ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data, and deliver timely insights that guide strategy and operational performance.

Heather brings more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Prior to joining Sentinel, she served as Controller for Duda/Paine Architects, where she led all accounting operations and was responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial records and reporting.

Originally from Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania, Heather and her husband were high school classmates, and have two adult children. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and boating, often spending time on the water with family and friends.
