Jordan brings a strong service-oriented background and a passion for organization to the team as the Office Specialist. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm for staying organized will make her a valuable resource. Splitting life between Massachusetts and Utah, Jordan relocated to the Raleigh area and is now her new home.
She has built a career centered on helping and guiding people in the right direction. After several years in hospitality, including time at a mountain resort where she supported special events and guest experiences, Jordan transitioned into the insurance industry following the move to Raleigh where she worked at a local State Farm office. While there she began developing the industry knowledge and customer-focused approach she brings to work today.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys exploring the Triangle area with friends, discovering new board games, and relaxing with a good book. A dedicated traveler, who has driven coast-to-coast across the United States three times and never passes up the opportunity for a great road trip. Jordan also enjoys having brunch at First Watch or grabbing a late-night snack from Cook Out.
