As a Client Executive on our Employee Benefits team, Joy thrives in addressing the unique needs of our clients. With a thorough understanding of the client’s culture, environment, and challenges, Joy develops innovative and personalized benefit solutions.

Joy began her career as a stop loss underwriter before relocating to North Carolina. Her experience includes more than 10 years with Cigna Healthcare leading their regional underwriting team and heading up their North Carolina sales and retention team. This strong financial foundation supported her transition into consulting, where she has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience with both regional and national consulting firms. Joy is passionate about helping clients understand the financial drivers behind total healthcare costs and educating both employers and employees on strategies that maximize the value of their benefits programs.

Based in Wake Forest, Joy enjoys traveling with her husband, Jon. Some of their favorite trips include exotic locations like Iceland, Costa Rica and Turks & Caicos as well as spending time with family at Lake Gaston.
