As a Client Executive on our Employee Benefits team, Joy thrives in addressing the unique needs of our clients. With a thorough understanding of the client’s culture, environment, and challenges, Joy develops innovative and personalized benefit solutions.

Joy began her career as a stop loss underwriter before gaining comprehensive experience in sales and client services. This strong financial foundation served her well when shifting to consulting where she has accumulated almost 20 years of experience. Her passion is in helping her clients understand the financials behind the full healthcare cost and educating both employers and employees around benefits.

Based in Wake Forest, Joy enjoys traveling with her husband, Jon. Some of their favorite trips include exotic locations like Iceland, Costa Rica and Turks & Caicos as well as spending time with family at Lake Gaston.
