Katie-Rose Crater

Katie-Rose, a Client Executive in the firm’s Healthcare Benefits group, brings extensive experience in community engagement, nonprofit development and relationship building to Sentinel. She has spent much of her career leading fundraising initiatives for health-focused nonprofit organizations and has also supported community engagement efforts within the clinical research and value-based care sectors. Encouraged by Sentinel executive management to explore an opportunity with the firm, Katie-Rose quickly connected with the firm’s people and teamwork-focused culture and joined the Benefits team.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Katie-Rose moved to Clayton, North Carolina, as a child and now lives in Wake Forest. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she competed on the track team and served as a coxswain for the men’s crew team.

Outside of work, Katie-Rose and her husband enjoy running, cycling and planning vacations around their next race or outdoor adventure. They have cycled through Colombia twice and travel to Oregon each year to compete in a 200-mile relay race. Katie-Rose also serves as President of the Mansfield Speedway Foundation and enjoys spending time with her two Australian Shepherds, Booker and Poppy. Katie-Rose is also an Emmy-nominated video producer.
