As Account Specialist, Laura works closely with both the Private Client Service and Risk Performance Group teams. She provides technical support in servicing client needs, reviews audits of policies, verifies policy change information, and processes renewals.
Laura understands the value of strong client relationships and exceptional customer service. She brings more than 10 years’ experience in real estate as an appraiser and broker, facilitating residential transactions for a diverse clientele.
Born and raised in Greensboro, Laura and her husband enjoy spending fall weekends in Boone as season ticket holders for Appalachian State football.
