As a People Specialist, Lena executes the firm’s people resources strategy, supporting the organization’s human resources goals, including talent acquisition, employee development and performance management. Lena focuses on overall organizational effectiveness and performance, while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Born and raised in New York City, Lena brings a diverse background in print production, graphic design, and content creation, developed through a variety of marketing and administrative roles throughout her career.
Lena and her family share a passion for soccer and enjoy watching all levels of competitive play, including the World Cup, Major League Soccer, and the Europa League.
