Luciana Godley, MBA

As an Office Coordinator, Luciana operates from Sentinel’s corporate headquarters in Raleigh. Her main duties involve offering general office support and assisting with insurance agency tasks such as collecting documentation from various carriers, aiding with Certificates of Insurance and policy adjustments, and binding proposals and presentations. Additionally, Luciana oversees agency catering, including executive dining events.

Prior to joining the Sentinel team, Luciana served as Branch Office Administrator for a local financial services firm. Throughout her 22-year career, Luciana has provided leadership, customer service, and support in a variety of roles including account management, marketing, sales, and accounting. 

Born and raised in Rocky Mount, Luciana now lives in Raleigh with her daughter, Kristiana. Luciana describes herself as a “country girl” who likes to prepare her homemade favorites: chicken salad, banana pudding, and lemonade. She enjoys taking scenic drives in the rural parts of our state, taking photos of sunsets, and then creating original drawings and paintings.
