Nancy Oschell

Nancy brings a sharp eye, a detailed approach, and a wealth of account management experience to the Sentinel team. She began her career in financial services and established a solid foundation as she transitioned to small business insurance more than 25 years ago.

In her role as Account Advisor, Nancy will focus her time and efforts on the Continental Tire program providing technical support in analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations. She will handle the application process with eligible and appropriate carriers as well as verifying accuracy on all policies and certificates. Her proficiency in reviewing audits of policies, processing renewals, and implementing agency collection policies help deliver an excellent client experience. 

Born in Philadelphia, Nancy moved to Greensboro while in middle school and has made the Triad her home. She enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, and playing with her two Dachshund/Yorkshire mix dogs (“Dorkies”) Lucy and Linus.
