Rachel Seither

Known throughout her career as an enthusiastic leader who manages with clarity and structure, Rachel oversees the Client Services team within Sentinel Benefits Consulting. She works closely with Account Advisors and Account Specialists to define roles and processes, provide education and training, continually assess performance, and foster team engagement.

The Radford University graduate has garnered more than 14 years of experience in client management; cultivating relationships with clients to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and appropriate coverage solutions that enhance the clients’ culture, value, and mission. This skillset enables her to be a trusted resource and a foundation of support for her team.

A native of Richmond, VA, Rachel enjoys gardening and  entertaining friends. She and her husband, Patrick, enjoy spending time watching their three children play on soccer fields and basketball courts.
