Shanna McIver

As an Account Advisor for Sentinel Benefits Consulting, Shanna partners with clients in the 50 and Under Market. In this capacity, she works alongside a Client Executive to assist in supporting and executing clients’ benefits strategies.

Before taking on the role of Account Advisor, Shanna served as an Account Specialist. She honed her skills on the Sentinel Benefits Consulting team, where she developed a keen understanding of the intricate details involved in managing employee benefits. This experience provided her with the foundation to excel in her current position, where she continues to leverage her expertise to deliver exceptional service to her clients. Prior to joining Sentinel, she gained valuable experience as a paralegal after obtaining her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Technology.

Shanna is a Sanford, North Carolina native, but now embraces her identity as a city girl living in Wake County. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son when he returns home from college.
