As Director of Specialty Lines, Todd leads the firm’s strategy, placement, and growth of complex and non-standard insurance business lines. These specialty lines include coverage areas such as professional liability, cyber liability, directors and officers (D&O), and environmental liability. The role combines technical underwriting expertise, carrier relationship management, and team leadership to deliver tailored risk solutions for complex client needs.
Todd brings more than 15 years of experience in management liability and corporate insurance programs, with a demonstrated ability to evaluate operational risk, analyze business processes, and develop effective risk transfer solutions. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Account Executive Officer at Travelers, where he specialized in underwriting a comprehensive suite of management liability, bond, and cyber insurance products for banks, insurance companies, and diversified financial institutions.
Raised primarily in Western New York, Todd has built his entire professional career in North Carolina following his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He and his wife, Amy, enjoy spending time with their children and are often found outdoors, taking advantage of both the beach and the mountains that North Carolina offers.
