Will Rike, CPA

As our Chief Financial Officer, Will is responsible for managing the firm’s financial activities, monitoring cash flow, and evaluating strengths and weaknesses to ensure financial prosperity. In addition, Will oversees the Human Resources and Information Technology departments.

Will has a wealth of experience in accounting spanning over 20 years across sectors like hospitality, financial services, international private equity, and investment banking. 

Outside of work, Will enjoys spending quality time with his family at the beach, particularly at Ocean Isle and Wrightsville Beach. He is actively involved in his community, serving as the Treasurer for Operation: Purpose, a Wilmington-based non-profit dedicated to preventing military veteran suicide.
