As Director of Claims, Sherri leads and oversees carrier claims adjusters while driving the development and execution of a broad range of insurance claims service offerings. With extensive multi-line adjusting experience, she brings a strong customer-first mindset and a proven ability to de-escalate difficult—often highly emotional—situations efficiently and effectively. Coupled with deep technical expertise, Sherri is relentlessly focused on securing the best possible outcomes for clients when losses occur.

A Cripple Creek, Virginia native, Sherri began her career with Nationwide Insurance in 2005, advancing to a Senior Adjuster role and discovering a lasting passion for claims. Before joining Sentinel, she spent seven years as a Field Claims Superintendent with Cincinnati Insurance Companies, managing all aspects of complex claims.

A self-proclaimed “fiery redhead” when advocating for clients, Sherri balances her professional intensity with time at home in Advance, North Carolina, where she enjoys life with her husband, two sons, and dog, along with her favorite pastimes including golf, reading, and crafting.
