As a Risk Engineering Consultant on our Sentinel Risk Performance Group team, Kaitlyn offers expertise in creating tailored risk management strategies and on-site safety support. Her programs include job hazard analysis, training, inspections, and emergency readiness to minimize accidents and work-related illnesses. Kaitlyn is a reliable advisor for our clients, providing guidance on regulatory compliance with State, Federal, and Local laws.

Kaitlyn has established a strong reputation in health, safety, and environmental management within governmental and corporate environments. Her skill in handling complex projects efficiently and swiftly enables her to build connections with human resource officers, facility operators, and safety committees.

Kaitlyn grew up in Stanly County on her family’s expansive farm where she found joy in fishing, riding four-wheelers, and tending to the animals on the land. In her spare time, Kaitlyn likes to play tennis, and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and two dogs.
